SPROUT SALAD WITH PINK CARROTS

An easy salad with violet splash of colorSprout salad with purple carrots
 
½ green bell pepper
1 purple carrot
3 broccoli
feta
1 tablespoon green pesto
Olive oil
 
Grow Alfalfa in 5-7 days to get leaves. Grow the lentils for 2-3 days to the white tail is 1 / 2-1 cm. Rinse the cultivated sprouts in a bowl of cool water for most seed hulls are gone. This gives the best flavor. Chop the vegetables to the appropriate sizes. Mix the pesto with the oil to a desired consistency. Mix all ingredients. Serve and garnish with a little extra sprouts.

 

Endive salad with grapes and walnutsEndive salad

2 persons

2 tbsp Endive seeds
1 handful of mild baby lettuce leaves
1/2 ripe avocado
1 handful of green grapes
2 whole walnuts
Dressing:
3 spk avocado or walnut oil mixed with salt, pepper and a little lime juice
 
Step by step
Soak the Endive seeds for 8 hours and sprout them for 9-10 days till first leaf.
Place the cultivated sprouts in a bowl with fresh water. Separate the sprouts with loving fingers and change the water several times until the seed capsuals are all gone as the capsuals are grainy. Now the sprouts are ready.
Soak the walnuts for 2 hours in cold water to make them mild in flavor and give them a crispy texture.
Rinse the lettuce and grapes. Cut the grapes in half and remove any seeds. Chop the walnuts and avocados. If you prefer, you can cut the endive sprouts in half as well. Mix it all with a little of the dressing just before serving.
 
Tip You can mix up the salad with other mild sprouts as Sunflower, the Red / White clover or Alfalfa for a softer flavor. If you want more bitterness, you can enjoy Arugula sprouts along with the Endive sprouts in your salad.
 
 

Sunflower sprout salad

Lots of sun on a cold day
 
4 tbsp unhulled Sunflower seedsSunflower salad
4 cm cucumber
3 fresh asargus
2 tbsk pine nuts
1 tsp oil
Salt and pepper
 
Step by step
Cultivate the Sunflower for 8-9 days until they have developed their green leaves.
Rinse all the sprouts and cut them into smaller pieces. Rinse the salad, aparges and cucumber. Cut the asparagus and cucumber into size. Heat the nuts on a pan and place it all on a plate. Season with spices and the salad is ready.
 
 

Quinoa sprout salad

A salad to spoil your stomach with green life.
  
    2 tbsp organic Quinoa
    1 tsp alfalfa sprouts
    1 tbsp unhulled Sunflower seeds
    1 big carrot
     ½ apple
     2 tbsp fresh nut oil
     Salt and pepper
   
 
Step by step
Cultivate the Quinoa for 2 days till the pink sprouts are just visible. The Alfalfa is cultivated for 5-7 days and the Sunflower for 8-9 days until they have developed their green leaves.

Rinse all the sprouts and cut them into smaller pieces. Grate the carrot and the apple. Mix the lot and pour dressing of organic almond or walnut oil seasoned with salt and pepper over the salad for healthy olis and more taste.

Tomato salad with rape sprouts

An Italian starter with a hint of fresh sprouts.  
 
   2 teaspoons rapeseed
   2 medium large, ripe tomatoes
   100 g of mozzarella
   2 slices of ripe avocado
   1 stalk fresh basil
   1 tbsp virgin olive oil
   1 tablespoon lemon juice salt and pepper as needed  
 
Step by Step
Cultivate the Rape seeds for 5-7 days till the first leaves ate showing.
Cut the roots off the sprouts as the root hair do not look so delicious in a salad and are better used in a smoothie.
Rinse the sprouts thoroughly. Mix oil and lemon. Season with salt and pepper Cut the tomatoes, avocado and mozzarella into slices and arrange on a plate. Sprinkle rapeseed sprouts and basil leaves over as a garnish. Drizzle oil mixture over the dish.


Sprouted Colour ExplosionRaw sprout salad

Party in your salad bowl.
 
   1 cup sprouted amaranth
   1/2 tbsp red radish seeds
   1 handful mixed green baby lettuces
   1/2 yellow bell pepper
   1 grated carrot
    2 cherry tomatoes
    5 cm cucumber
    1 stalk of broccoli
    2 tbsp of fresh nut oil
    Salt and pepper
 
Step by step
Cultivate the Amaranth for 2-3 days till the pink sprouts are visible. The Radish seeds are cultivated for 5-7 days until they have developed their purple leaves.
Rinse the sprouts thoroughly for the last time immediately before use. Cut any roots of radisespirerne for show. Cut all ingredients except sprouts into smaller parts. Mix everything thoroughly, pour nøddeolien above, season with salt and pepper.
 
 
 

Garlic chive sprout Heaven

A good salad for your tastebuds and heart.
  
   1 cup garlic chive sprouts
   1 large ripe tomato
   1 ripe avocado
   1 red or yellow bell pepper
   2 leaves of Iceberg lettuce
 
Step by step
Cultivate the garlic chive for 6-8 days till they set leaves.
Then rinse the sprouts and cut the vegetables, salad and sprouts in small parts. Mix it all well for at more colourful dish.
