Step by step Let the buckwheat grains and sunflower seeds soak for 20 minutes in cold water and let them sprout in a plastic sprouter for 1 day where you rinse them 3-5 times a day. Add almonds, apricot and cranberries in hot water for 1 hour. Rinse the buckwheat and sunflower thoroughly one last time and mash them together.
