PORRIDGE WITH SPROUTED GRAINS

FRESH BREAKFAST OR EVENING MEAL

 

Porridge with germinated buckwheat

2 cups shelled buckwheat
8 almonds
2 tbsp shelled sunflower seeds
½ sweet apple into small cubes
1 sun-dried apricot or 8 tablespoons raisins
5 sundried cranberries
Rice, almond milk or plain

Step by step
Let the buckwheat grains and sunflower seeds soak for 20 minutes in cold water and let them sprout in a plastic sprouter for 1 day where you rinse them 3-5 times a day.
Add almonds, apricot and cranberries in hot water for 1 hour. Rinse the buckwheat and sunflower thoroughly one last time and mash them together. Rinse the almonds, apples and berries, chop them and put it all in a bowl. Add a little milk and enjoy a vitamin-rich breakfast with plenty of filling fiber.
Tip You can choose to heat the milk if you want the porridge to be warmer.
