THE QUICK SPROUT GUIDE
USE THE BEST SEEDS
When you use organic sprouting seeds of good quality
you will obtain the best germination rate, fast growth
and your little sprout garden take care of itself.
THE RIGHT AMOUNT
Your sprouts grow best when there is a balance between
the amount of seeds and the size of the sprouter.
This is easily done with a few tips on amount.
Dry sprouting seeds are in natural hypernation.
When you let the seeds soak in water for 2-12
hours, they awaken and start to sprout.
The moist seeds are now ready to sprout.
Pour them into a good sprouter / sprouting device
and rinse the seeds well with cool water.
Sprouts should neither grow in full sun nor in darkness.
On the kitchen table in indirect daylight is the
best place for your sprouter all year round.
Sprouts must be kept a little moist all the time.
You will easily obtain this just by rinsing them with
cool water from the kitchen tap 2-3 times a day.
Some sprouts should only grow a little white tail.
Other sprouts should be cultivated till they get leaves.
It all depends on the sprout type and your liking.
When your sprouts have grown to the desired size
they must we rinsed in a lemon bath untill they are clean
so you can eat them raw in your food.

they can stay fresh for up to 1 week
after they are fully grown.
